Except for the order of single ONE item, all prices in our website are EMS shipping freight included for the order of 2 pcs up (including 2pcs), you dont need to pay extra money for shipping.

5. How to place order online?
Click on the item you wish to purchase, select size and color required then click "Add to Cart". You can add additional items or proceed to 'Checkout'.
6. Will I get an order confirmation?
We will check the availability shortly after receiving your order, there will be 2 situations then
1) Send you email within 24-48 hours detailing with in-stock or out-of-stock jerseys for your final confirmation if we cant complete the entire order;
2) Ship out your order directly and send you email within 24-48 hours with shipment number if your order is all available in stock.
7. Do you ship your merchandise worldwide?
Generally jersey's target markets are North America, Europe or Australia, but we do ship our merchandise worldwide by international express mail, pls check with us for shipments to other countries.
8. What kind of currency do you accept?
We accept GBP, USD, CAD, EURO Dollars, RMB.
9. When will my products be delivered?
After your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking information e-mail. You can track your parcel status in 2-3 days online with the tracking number we offer. Usually you can receive your parcel in 7-9 working days.
10. No information shows when online tracking with provided shipment number?
Track number will be available online next working day after dispatching from our warehouse, because there is inland transportation to Shanghai for export procedure (usually export from Shanghai). Also bad weather conditions, out of service on weekends, customs procedures etc could affect the shipment proceeding, it can be sooner or slower, when tracking online, pls be petient on shipment status updates. If any unusual delay occurs, please contact us immediately, we will look into the problems for you.
11. What if I'm not in when you deliver?
Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday (also Saturday in the case of goods being delivered within 5 days under Standard delivery terms), between 9am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipient is not available, you can contact your local post office with your tracking number directly to arrange re-delivery or collect parcel in person.
12. How long will it take to receive a refund from returned products?
The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. This will usually reach that account within 7 working days. Timings will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit.
13. Quality dispute
Any quality problems, pls contact us within 3 days of receipt and take photos of the defect. We will check it out and make solution to the problem either by refunding or reshipping in friendly way.
